I am not a scientist or doctor or a specialist, but just an ordinary person that you will meet on your way today. This is after almost 20 years with psoriasis, trying everything and praying a lot. Nothing would work, everything remained the same and other sores became as big as my hand. As you know yourself you cannot swim in public or live like other normal people. It was a very emotional experience that was very difficult.
And then it happened, after - 3 months the sores literally fell off me like scales. My GP and cardiologist told me for years that you can't do anything about it, it's incurable. I was so shocked by what happened to me, after all that I had to go through and hoped and prayed should have happened when it actually happened. But how is everyone's question, it's then impossible until the possible has now actually happened.
So yes, there were quite a few things that I had been doing for quite some time before this happened. I am going to give you a whole script of how I completely changed my eating, drinking and exercising lifestyle. And then the biggest of these was my Spiritual path that I walked, which I have been walking for the past 30 years. But what took a radical change 4 years ago. After all the things came together, my whole life changed and I never realized that it all started with just one thing, one word and one act of obedience, and that was ....... don't miss it....

You are back, I am going to be 100% honest with you, as
I said it was my life path and my result
that I got. Yours may differ but you will only
understand if you have followed the path you have to walk.
Listen, don't stop listen to everything and try
it otherwise you will never know. Even if it sounds
far fetched to you do it, that's all that could work for me. Okay, the
“One” word you have been waiting for that I said, everything starts
There and there alone. Believe it if you want or not. This is the
“Shabbat” that is rejected by the nations, NO!!! It is
Not Jewish. In the bible OT(Torah) it is written
in Gen2:2 God Sanctified the 7th day and blessed it.
Before there were Jews,In Ex20:11 This is my Shabbat.
The Shabbat was made for all people.
A pastor I have great respect for who is a God
Fearing man always said, everything starts with the Shabbat,
What I could never understand is that he always said that
Your life changes radically as soon as you obey the
Shabbat(the 4th commandment). We have been doing the Shabbat for almost 4 years
But nothing else has happened in our lives, BUT!! Until
The day we realized that we have to do it with full dedication
From our hearts. Live it out, Day 7, Friday sunset
6 o'clock blow the shofar sing and sing praises to Father. Praise Him
Praise Him, He who made heaven and earth.
So that what pleases Father from Friday sunset to Saturday
Sunset you spend time with Him and not with the world
And its technology. Separate yourself for Him! And go with Him
Into Sanctification.
Also with His Son Master YAH’Shua(Jesus) Matt 12:8 YAH’shua
Is also Master of the Sabbath! Do you see this? YAH’shua says you
Must keep My Father’s commandments just as I have kept them!!
Otherwise you will not love Me! John 15:9-10.
Every Friday night my wife and I dress up neatly like someone
Who is going to a wedding feast, because we have an appointment with ABBA,
And with Master Yah’shua and the Holy Spirit. They are our guests of honour.
We blow the shofar sing praises and bring praise songs to Father.
Then we will quote many verses from the Bible and read them to each other,
Pray and pray and pray to Father, I will send you who want to know what to do how you can do it.
We also do the Covenant Supper every Friday night, because it is a sign
Between YAH’shua and us that He will raise us up in the last day. Remember
God blessed the day and sanctified it. And YAH’shua is Master of the
Shabbat!
When we are done with that then I pray for my wife from head to toe, I anoint
Her and bless her as Father gives it in His word.
After this we will eat our Shabbat meal without alcohol, we do not use any alcohol.
When we get up the next day we pray and at 08:00 we start
Our first online church service until +-9:20, then we eat breakfast and then
our next church starts 10:00 to 11:30. After this we rest until about 15:00
which we will then listen to Spiritual music and search for the truths in
God's word.
Father says in Rom12:1-2 do not be conformed to this world, but…..
Father searches your heart, if you start with the Shabbat then everything shifts
Into place, you start reading His word differently, listening differently, your Spirit in you is filled
With what pleases God. You become obedient to His Word, what is important to Him. Your whole life changes, My world has broken open like daylight
And “Suddenly I realized like 10 weeks later that my psoriasis was falling off my
Body like scales. Now 2 months later there are some places that you can’t even see the light spot anymore.
He freed me from the terrible ulcers, my whole life is falling into place and our life purpose now makes more sense than ever before. I praise ABBA Father constantly throughout the day
every day and night for His grace and love, all the glory to Him!
Please don’t be afraid of His names that I use, His names will remain as it was and is and will be! No man can change His names all over the world, so how can we change our God’s name that is above all names, just to suit us?? We follow in faith the Messianic Pentecost that was preached by YAH’shua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah) and His disciples.
But as YAH’shua himself said pray to my Father “What My Father please”!!
As Ecclesiastes 12:13 says: “and the head of all is the fear of YHVH and keeping His commandments”
Because this applies to all peoples!

To take care of my temple that belongs to God I have the following
Things already started to fall into place months ago;
My daily program regarding my health;(every day)
05:00 - Do 150 sit ups and 180 upper body exercises
05:30 - Drink one tablespoon cold pressed extra virgin olive oil 25ml
08:00 – Drink 300ml water cocktail with the
Half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half teaspoon Ginger
25ml lime
25ml honey
09:00 - Drink a any fruit cocktail smoothie with honey,peanut butter 35gr
Oats and a small yogurt.(500ml)
13:00 - My only big meal for the day. My intake +-100gr beef,soya,lentils a lot of
Veggies. Some days chicken.
During the day I walk +-6000meters every day.
17:00 - I will eat for a snack raw green peppers that I bottled in brown sugar
And brown vinegar/water 50/50.
18:00 - a night cap 100ml warm milk with a dash of black pepper and
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half teaspoon Ginger
My wife and I have each lost 25kg by 2025 and we are super healthy and fit.
I am 60 years old, I had severe heart failure 8 years ago. My left
heart chamber enlarged 53%, with 27% heart function. Both my heart valves leaked in and out.
I was diabetic 2. But today…
My heart valves are not leaking today, my heart is back to its normal size with 47%
Heart function and I enjoy a busy full life every day with my Creator's grace and favour.
And my diabetes 2 is gone, sugar is normal without any medication.
I praise YHWH every day!!!

May you take the step of faith and that Father will hold you tight so that your foot will not
